Technical Installation Guide

Technical Tools Required:

  • Digital multimeter
  • Torque wrench set
  • Technical service toolkit
  • Pressure gauge
  • Level calibration tool

Technical Installation Procedure

  1. Technical Site Preparation: Verify structural integrity and load-bearing capacity of installation surface. Minimum clearance: 4 inches all sides.
  2. Remove Shipping Restraints: Remove all transit bolts and shipping materials. Retain for future service transportation.
  3. Water Connection Specifications: Connect to 3/4" NPT water inlet valves. Maximum water pressure: 120 psi. Minimum: 20 psi.
  4. Drain System Installation: Install drain hose with proper backflow prevention. Maximum lift height: 96 inches.
  5. Electrical Specifications: Connect to dedicated 120V, 15A circuit. Ground resistance must not exceed 0.1 ohm.
  6. Technical Leveling Procedure: Adjust leveling feet to within 1° of perfect level. Verify with precision level.
  7. Technical Commissioning: Execute diagnostic cycle and verify all systems operational per technical specifications.
Technical Warning: Installation must comply with local plumbing and electrical codes. Certified technician installation required for warranty validation.
