Stackable Laundry System

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Stacking kit (included)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, near plumbing and electrical connections on a solid, level floor.
  2. Prepare Units: Remove all shipping materials and transit bolts from both washer and dryer units.
  3. Install Stacking Kit: Attach the stacking bracket to the washer following the manufacturer's instructions.
  4. Connect Water Supply: Connect hot and cold water supply lines to the washer's water inlet valves. Use only new hoses.
  5. Connect Drain System: Route the washer drain hose into a standpipe or laundry tub with proper height clearance.
  6. Ventilation Setup: Install the dryer venting system according to local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
  7. Stack Units: Carefully place the dryer on top of the washer using the stacking kit, ensuring secure attachment.
  8. Electrical Connection: Connect both units to properly grounded outlets. Dryer requires 240V outlet.
  9. Level the System: Adjust leveling feet to ensure the stacked unit is stable and level.
  10. Test Run: Run both units through complete cycles to check for proper operation and leaks.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
