Stack Laundry System

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Stacking kit (included)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near necessary plumbing and electrical connections on a solid, level floor with adequate ventilation.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts and packaging materials from both washer and dryer units.
  3. Connect Water Supply: Connect hot and cold water supply lines to the washer water inlet valves. Use only new hoses.
  4. Connect Drain Hose: Route the drain hose into a standpipe or laundry tub with a high loop to prevent backflow.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect washer to 120V outlet and dryer to 240V outlet. Do not use extension cords.
  6. Stack Units: Use provided stacking kit to securely attach dryer on top of washer following manufacturer instructions.
  7. Level the Stack: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the stack is level from front to back and side to side.
  8. Test Run: Run both units through complete cycles to check for leaks and proper operation.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Washer won't start Power issue, lid not closed properly Check power supply, ensure lid is latched completely
