Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Voltage tester
- Tape measure
- Pipe thread sealant
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a level, stable countertop with proper clearance from cabinets and walls.
- Check Electrical Requirements: Verify proper 240V, 40A dedicated circuit with proper grounding.
- Prepare Countertop Cutout: Cut countertop opening according to template dimensions provided.
- Install Mounting Brackets: Secure mounting brackets to underside of countertop.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power supply wires to terminal block following wiring diagram.
- Position Cooktop: Carefully place cooktop into countertop opening and secure with mounting clips.
- Test Operation: Test all burners and controls to ensure proper operation.
