Glass Ceramic Cooktop

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Voltage tester
  • Tape measure
  • Pipe thread sealant

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a level, stable countertop with proper clearance from cabinets and walls.
  2. Check Electrical Requirements: Verify proper 240V, 40A dedicated circuit with proper grounding.
  3. Prepare Countertop Cutout: Cut countertop opening according to template dimensions provided.
  4. Install Mounting Brackets: Secure mounting brackets to underside of countertop.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect power supply wires to terminal block following wiring diagram.
  6. Position Cooktop: Carefully place cooktop into countertop opening and secure with mounting clips.
  7. Test Operation: Test all burners and controls to ensure proper operation.
