Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Gas line wrench (for gas models)
  • Voltage tester
  • Tape measure

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, near electrical/gas connections on a solid, level floor.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts and packaging materials from the dryer.
  3. Ventilation Setup: Install 4-inch diameter metal venting to outdoors. Avoid plastic or foil venting.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded 240V, 60Hz outlet for electric models. Do not use extension cords.
  5. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect to gas supply using approved flexible gas connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  6. Level the Dryer: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the dryer is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Run: Run the dryer through a complete cycle to check for proper operation and ventilation.
