Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on a solid, level floor near water supply and drain.

  1. Remove shipping materials: Take off cardboard base and foam blocks. Remove shipping bolts from rear.
  2. Connect water supply: Attach hot and cold hoses to corresponding faucets (red=hot, blue=cold).
  3. Connect drain hose: Place hose into standpipe or laundry tub; secure with provided hook if needed.
  4. Level the washer: Adjust front leveling legs until washer is stable and does not rock.
  5. Plug into grounded 120V outlet.

WARNING! Do not remove shipping bolts until washer is in final position. Ensure water connections are tight to prevent leaks.

First-Time Setup

Before first use, run a cleaning cycle.

  1. Connect power and water supply.
  2. Open lid and ensure basket is empty.
  3. Add 1 cup of liquid bleach to the basket (not dispenser).
  4. Select "Clean Washer" cycle (or "Normal" with hot water if no dedicated cycle).
  5. Press START and allow cycle to complete.
  6. Wipe interior and exterior with a damp cloth.

CAUTION! Use only HE (High-Efficiency) detergent. Overuse of detergent can cause oversudsing.

Spin Speed: Select from No Spin, Low, Medium, High, Max for final spin.

Start/Pause: Press to begin cycle; press again to pause. Lid locks when cycle starts.

Connecting Water & Drain

Water Supply: Use provided hoses. Drain: Use provided drain hose.

  1. Turn off water faucets before connecting hoses.
  2. Connect hot (red) and cold (blue) hoses to corresponding faucets and washer inlet valves.
  3. Hand-tighten; avoid over-tightening.
  4. Place drain hose into a standpipe (minimum 36" high) or laundry tub.
  5. Secure hose to prevent slipping.

Tip: Run water through hoses into a bucket first to flush out debris before connecting to washer.

Using Wash Cycles

Supports various fabrics and soil levels.

  1. Load laundry: Do not overload. Clothes should move freely.
  2. Add detergent: Pour HE detergent into detergent dispenser. Use recommended amount.
  3. Add bleach/fabric softener: Use designated dispensers if available.
  4. Select cycle: Turn knob to desired cycle (e.g., Normal for cottons).
  5. Select options: Press DEEP WATER or EXTRA RINSE if needed.
  6. Select temperature and spin speed.
  7. Close lid and press START.
  8. Cycle completes: Signal sounds. Lid unlocks after basket stops spinning.

WARNING! Do not open lid during spin cycle. Wait for lid lock to release.

Special Features

Deep Water Wash: Provides more water for heavily soiled loads. Extra Rinse: Adds a rinse cycle for sensitive skin or detergent residue. Quick Wash: 15-minute cycle for lightly soiled loads. Clean Washer Cycle: Periodically run to clean interior and remove odors (use affresh® tablet or bleach).

Care & Cleaning

Unplug before cleaning. Wipe exterior with soft, damp cloth. Clean interior by running "Clean Washer" cycle monthly with affresh® washer cleaner or liquid bleach. Clean detergent dispenser monthly by removing and rinsing under warm water. Keep area around washer clean and dry.
