Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on a level, solid floor.

  1. Remove shipping materials: Remove transit bolts and packing from inside the basket.
  2. Connect water supply: Attach hot and cold water inlet hoses to faucets and washer.
  3. Connect drain hose: Insert into standpipe or laundry tub; secure with hose guide if provided.
  4. Level the washer: Adjust leveling legs to prevent vibration; use a level.
  5. Plug into a grounded 120V AC, 60Hz outlet.

WARNING! Washer is heavy; use two people for moving. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks.

First-Time Setup

Before first use, run a Clean Washer cycle.

  1. Load detergent: Fill Load & Go™ dispenser with HE detergent.
  2. Select cycle: Turn cycle selector to "Clean Washer".
  3. Start: Press START/PAUSE; cycle will run without a load.

Connecting Water Supply

  1. Turn off water faucets.
  2. Connect hoses: Hand-tighten to faucets and washer inlet valves (H for hot, C for cold).
  3. Turn on water: Slowly open faucets and check for leaks.
  4. Check drain hose: Ensure it is secured in a standpipe (minimum 39" height) or laundry tub.

Tip: Use only new hoses; do not reuse old hoses. Ensure washer is unplugged during connection.

Using the Washer

Follow these steps for each load.

  1. Load laundry: Do not overload; items should move freely.
  2. Add detergent: Use HE detergent in Load & Go™ dispenser or directly in basket.
  3. Select cycle: Turn dial to desired cycle (e.g., Normal).
  4. Adjust settings: Set Temperature, Soil Level, Spin Speed, and Options as needed.
  5. Start: Press START/PAUSE; lid will lock and cycle begins.
  6. Pause: Press START/PAUSE to add or remove items; lid unlocks after a pause.
  7. End of cycle: Signal sounds; remove laundry promptly to prevent wrinkles.

WARNING! Do not open lid during spin cycle. Keep children away from operating washer.
