Installation

  4. Connect drain hose: Place drain hose in a standpipe or laundry tub.
  5. Plug into a grounded 120V AC, 60Hz outlet.

First-Time Setup

After installation, run an initial cleaning cycle.

  1. Add detergent: Pour 1/2 cup of liquid bleach into the wash basket.

Connecting Water Supply

  4. Turn on water supply and check for leaks.
  5. Place drain hose in a standpipe (minimum height 39 inches) or laundry tub.

Tip: Use new hoses if old ones show signs of wear or cracking.

Operating the Washer

Follow these steps for proper operation.

  1. Load laundry: Do not overload; leave space for items to move freely.
  2. Add detergent: Use HE (High-Efficiency) detergent; follow manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Select cycle: Turn cycle knob to desired setting.
